Upcoming Leader Meeting 8/13/18

First Service Unit Meeting - Monday, August 13th.

Duluth United Methodist Church, Fellowship Hall.

6:45 pm check in. 7:00 to 8:30 pm meeting.

Please plan to attend.

Few things to review:

*Make sure you have re-registered your troop.

*Plan to submit your Service Unit Fees ($5 per girl)

*Plan to complete information at the Service Unit Meeting regarding your troop meetings: spot, time, dates (this is strictly for the Service Unit)

*Plan to complete information at the Service Unit Meeting regarding Treasurer Information (name, cell number, bank name, bank account number, signers on account)

*If you did not pick up Cookie Patches or Prizes, please get with me regarding working out a time to come by.

*If you did not turn in a Troop Financial Report in May, please plan to bring that to the meeting to turn in.

*Start working on Troop Cookie Manager information.

*Fall Festival Parade Coordinator

*Older Scouts to help with Tree Decorating Contest for our Community Service to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

*Coordinator for Scout Week Gift Baskets for our schools

and community helpers.

*Older Troop to help coordinate Volunteer Appreciation for Leaders

*(Junior and up )Troops that are ready to shadow an event in order to chair in one/two years.

RECRUITMENT NIGHTS AT OUR SCHOOLS - NEED SOME LEADER/OLDER SCOUT HELP.
