Junior troop 3030 just completed an amazing Take Action Project in support of the Georgia SPCA. First they received permission from Pet-smart to have a booth outside their entrance for a few weeks. The girls collected cash, gift cards and donated items that customers purchased from the store. They also had a flyer with wish list from the animal shelter that they handed to people when they went in store.
Their effort gained the SPCA a wagon full of much needed supplies to help with taking care of the animals while they are waiting for their new parents to adopt them. Additionally, troop 3030 were able to donate $300 that were raised through donations.
