Troop 15345 created swaps for Juliette Gordon Low birthday and passed them out to girls at school with website for the girl scouts and information on JGL.

Remaining Volunteer Spots

Troop Status

• 298 girls currently registered

• Barbara does have a list of girls who do need troops. She will email the list for troops who can add more girls.

Troop Service Unit Dues

• About 8 or 9 groups left to still pay dues.

Bake-off

• Still pending recipes. Should have them shortly on the newsletter.

Blue Ribbon

• The form will be provided at the December meeting.

Badge-A-Palooza

• About 75% of slots have been filled.

• Survey will be sent out after the event to gain feedback towards future events. Even if you didn't attend it is encouraged to have you fill out the survey.

Annual Fund

• Goal: $7,250

• Current: $0 - Due to the month just starting and funds coming in have not been tallied.

• Looking to have awards for first "Man enough to be a GS" sign up, first troop at 100% and more.

• Chipotle Fundraiser - Earned $231.41 - More spirit nights to come

• Giving Tuesday 11/27 - Information will be available on Facebook to distribute.

• Girl Scout Night at Atlanta Hawks coming

• 11/11 - Atlanta United event

Cookie Manager Information Needed

Cookie Training:

• Returning Cookie Managers: 12/11 6:30 to 7:30

• New Cookie Managers: 12/13 6:30 to 8:30

Girl Scout Day at Duluth High School Theater

· Special price ticketing for Girl scouts of $5.

· Girl scouts will all be together in one seating area.

· Badges will be available for $1.

· Snacks will be available, but they cannot be taken into the theater.

Pinewood Derby

· January 5th at DUMFC. Races start at 1:30.

· $10 per package.

· Car packages will be available in December SU meeting.

· Leaders will be able to compete.

· Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. As well as for best design.

· Concession stand will be available for purchase at the event.

· Let Carmen or Melissa know before Thanksgiving break how many girls will need a kit.

Daisy Day

· Theme is Unicorns

· Crafts, song and dance, games and cookies being made.

· Mt. Carmel in Fellowship Hall

· If you can provide funds by December 3rd meeting.

· Fun patch available

· Not a drop off event.

Pancake Breakfast

· January 5th at Notre Dame in the morning

SweetHeart Dance

· February 9th from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

· Duluth High School

· $28 per couple and $12 for each additional girl.

· Dinner and dessert included.

International Bazaar

· Country emails will be sent out in the next couple of weeks
