· Cadette troop 3163 is working on their Silver Award.

· They avoid stranger/danger discussions and focus more on inappropriate person/conduct.
· Safety days every year since 2012
· Elementary school session and Middle/High School session
· Register individual children or troops
· Troops will be grouped together if registered separately

· Looking for another individual to assist with distributing newsletter and updating website
Recruitment Nights
· Looking for older girls to attend the recruitment nights to help with the younger girls.
· 5:30 is for setup times but the actual recruitment time frame starts at 6.
Camporee
· Camping out with our Service Unit
· CSI Themed
· If doing a high adventure course, you will need to pay at the location if you haven’t already paid.
Treats and Keeps
· Need someone to shadow Chrissy to take over Treats and Keeps for next year.
· All girls need to be registered to participate
· A volunteer needs to be registered for each troop for Fall Product Chair
· Bank accounts will need to be active for each troop
· Training is available in LARC for the fall product
Stem Event for Brownie/Junior Level (9/9)
· Microgrant award to troops to promote the new STEM badges
· 2 awarded each year and our troop received it
· Open to Brownies and Juniors
· Pulling items from Robotics team from Peachtree Ridge
Recap thoughts from VLC
· Be Brave; Be Bold Girls Scouts Initiative (Search “Raise your hand Girl Scouts”)
o Be bolder in class and raise their hand
· Finance form is available on the VTK
· Patches and dangles available for troop leaders who complete actions
Badge-a-Palooza
· Date is set for November 11th
*Still looking for girls to register to host badges
Annual Fund
· Looking for leaders to ask parents for annual fund goal.
· Snack bars for events to help annual fund
· Spaghetti dinner in partnership with a food drive.
· November of this year or August of next year
· Poll will be sent out in newsletter to determine ideas for date
